If there's an electoral college tie (269-269) between Obama and McCain, then the House votes to select the winner. With a Democratic House, you'd think, cool no-brainer, Obama wins right? WRONG!
With Lieberman voting as a Republican, there's a 50-50 tie in the House. In that situation, the current Vice President would need to step in and do his job as the tie-breaker in the House.

Not to be panicky or anything, over at FiveThirtyEight.com, they predict only a 1.08% chance of an electoral tie. It was up over 3% last week.
