Terry McAuliff - off his rum bender

Campaigning in Pennsylvania on 9/20 he tells a crowd:

"Under Obama, if you're 65 or over and make less than $50K per year, you will pay no Federal income tax.

Under McCain, if you currently have company-backed health insurance, it will become taxable income."
