I think this just might work. The fact that it wouldn't even get consideration should tell you something. This bailout is a scam. 

Republicans will vote against it. Dems will vote for it. They have the majority so it will pass. Something bad will happen and it won't help. There will be a run on the banks, riots will ensue, martial law will be declared, elections will be suspended.

Your best bet, go hide in the basement of the UN building (its not part of the US) or start your citizenship papers for Canada.
