At first I thought he was Jason from Ghost Hunters, but as it turns out, he's likely a McCain campaign "plant." He's related to the Charles Keating - yes, that Charles Keating. This is according to Martin Eisenstadt, a McCain supporter.

Oh, and he has no plumbing license.
